Once, there was a young lady who was driving back home from a party. She used to drive an SUV which her husband gifted her on their anniversary. A great german piece on engineering! She had a great time at the party! Great friends, great food, and her dress, and 4 inches high heels definitely got the most attention throughout the gathering.

“This is the life! This is the life!”, she exclaimed while driving back to her home.

Suddenly, there was a huge sound at the back of her car, almost as loud as that of a bullet. She pushed the brakes abruptly and got out of the car rushing hastily to see what happened.

The rear wheel was out. Totally flat.

“Ahh crap. This had to happen right now!”.

It was 1 am in the night. Of course, the party was at a farmhouse on the outskirts of the city, so the route that she was travelling on had almost no traffic. And here it is, this woman stuck in the middle of the forest, all alone with a flat tyre. To add to the misery, there was a mental asylum just in the front of where her tyre burst. She was scared to her senses. So much that she didn’t even look at the asylum and started opening her toolbox and took out the spare wheel as soon as she could.

Have you ever changed a wheel? Me neither. An expensive dress, high heels and the dripping makeup because of sweat only added to the misery of her trying to change a wheel for the first time.

“Here, all four nuts are opened. Let’s put together the new wheel now.”

She took out the hubcap, placed the wheel, and the nuts in position and tried to push the hub caps inside when suddenly all of a sudden, all the four nuts jumped out in different directions and were lost in the darkness.

“Holy S***. Where are the nuts? What do I do now?”

She started to panic even more. The night was getting darker, and all she could hear were noises of random animals in distances. Almost when she was ready to give up, she heard someone hissing on the first floor of the asylum. It was a young man. A patient at the asylum.

“Come here.”, the guy hushed.

“What? No!!”, her fear grew even more powerful.

“Okay. I will tell you this. You have lost the nuts. Just take out one nut from each of the three rest wheels of your car and you will have 3 more nuts to fix up this wheel. This can hold up for a few miles after which you will find a gas station and they will help you out there”.

The girl was completely shocked. She started doing that, fixed the vehicle and said to the guy while swiping the sweat drops from her forehead, “You are so smart. What are you doing in that asylum?”

The young man replied, “Hey. I am just crazy, I am not stupid.”

This is the reality of life nowadays. Why are good people so unhappy? Because they are good, but they are also stupid. They do stupid things, which eventually leads to unhappiness.

Example. They care about what others think about them. They use others for their own benefit without realising that they might be in a similar situation someday. They like to impress people whom they don’t like themselves.

I have seen so many people who act like Instagram queens and badass kings, but in real life, they are shattered. Total f*king mess. And these are the people who at the same time don’t realize that it is what they are not doing, but what they are doing and how they are doing it that matters.

I have seen people who profess that they are good people, consider themselves as gold, and then go out and do things that they themselves hate when others do it. Who are you helping?

Bad things don’t always happen to good people. Sometimes, it might happen, happens with me too, but I am not saying that I am the purest gold heart person on this earth. All we need is some time and some space to analyze our actions and to find out the cause of the problem. And remember, never shy away from putting the blame on someone else, sometimes, it is just some other f*cked up people who cause the problems. But don’t make it a habit too.

Remember this, and mark it on the walls of your house, because you can never escape it. Whatever you do in this life, you have to pay for them here only. You cannot escape them, there is no way out. In one way or other, THEY WILL catch up to you, and YOU WILL pay for them. So, just keep doing your job well, and life will give you the happiness you so much crave.
